At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.
Working shift: Tuesday to Saturday
Working hours: From 1pm to 9:30pm UK hours

GoDaddy’s Domain Name Aftermarket is the largest premium domain reseller in the industry. Our team focuses on helping our first line support colleagues and domain buyers & sellers. As an Aftermarket support agent you will serve as the main point of contact for all aftermarket issues from customers and our internal teams. We handle tickets, chats and phone calls. If you are someone who loves helping others, has great interpersonal skills and is highly organised we want to meet you!

Your experience should include...
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven track record of customer service
- Critical thinking that allows you to organise your time and priorities, multi-task, and pay close attention to fine details
- Proficient with technology
- Basic digital literacy and ability to learn programs such as Outlook, Salesforce, Word, and Excel
