Ticket Support L1.
Assisting clients requests via ticket (email) communication.

  • Process tickets from ‘General support’ and ‘Support Tasks’ queues
  • Resolve customers’ issues in a timely manner and in line with company procedure
  • Provide regular updates regarding the customers’ issues
  • Finding the best way to educate and engage with the customers to ensure positive communication and the desired outcome
  • Follow internal channels for keeping an eye on our systems

  • Escalate properly and in a timely manner tickets to the next level
  • Alerting Tls, SysOps and Infrastructure teams regarding issues of a same pattern
  • Act proactively in following own progress and work continuously on improving own KPIs
  • Help the team members and especially the new starters
  • Act respectfully towards team members and other departments
