At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

Start Date: Tuesday 2nd May 2023

Salary: Competitive plus uncapped commission 

Shifts: Full time on a Rota between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:30 am to include weekends and Bank Holidays after 3 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fun and supportive Inbound Calls team.  Do you love guiding customers to success by giving a first-class customer experience? If so, then this is the role for you:

  • Support our existing customers via our Inbound Telephone system, providing the GoDaddy “WOW” customer experience to all  
  • Consulting with customers on their unique business needs while seeking opportunities for add-on products that helps them reach their online goals
  • Developing an understanding of your customers’ needs through spoken conversational skills using discovery type questions to be able to solve any issues the customer faces
  • We invite you on a fun filled learning journey full time for 6 weeks - A GoDaddy induction / training period to get to know and use our products and services to ensure you are set up for success

Your experience should include...

  • Excellent spoken professional English is mandatory
  • Written English should be at an advanced level
  • Ability to deliver an amazing “WOW” customer service experience
  • The ability to clearly understand and respond appropriately to spoken questions
  • Effective time management and strong focus on schedule adherence and/or attendance
  • Ability to multi-task different systems and navigate the internet quickly and efficiently
  • Open to developing your sales skills, closing sales effectively, and overcoming objections
