Join our team
As part of GoDaddy Registry Development team, you will be working in a collaborative agile team that is focused on developing products and services related to GoDaddy Registry. You will have an active role in developing and building software that runs a number of top-level domains that we manage and also working on current technologies provided through Amazon Web Services.
Location: Melbourne, Australia
What you'll get to do
- Implement products and services related to GoDaddy Registry, doing lots of cool things at the core of the internet!
- Design, maintain and operate mission critical infrastructure in cloud environments
- Work in an agile environment, attending stand-ups, weekly iteration planning, retrospective and showcases.
Your experience should include
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Knowledge and understanding of Java 8+ and cloud based development environments
- Experience with Unit testing and TDD principles
- Experience working with AWS particularly EC2, ECS, VPC, Cloudwatch and Cloudformation
- Knowledge of database technologies, including Oracle and PostgreSQL
- Experience working in Agile environment and participate in all aspects of Agile process
- Passion for building great software with solid test infrastructure
- Strong Good technical communication skills

- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
- Understanding of Continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) models
