We're looking for a committed senior software developer to join our Customer Insights team! We build solutions that allow our business partners to easily turn vast amounts of data into useful insights. You will be responsible for bringing data into the platform; transforming it into a well-defined, consistent model; moving it to the best data stores to support API and analytics use cases, and making it easy for applications and consumers to access the data. We strive to enable GoDaddy to deeply know our customers and provide outstanding customer products and experiences. - Design, implement and maintain amazing products.
- Work in an agile development environment. Constantly shipping and iterating.

- Use innovative Open-Source technologies to innovate and set the pace on the Online Presence market.
- Work with partners and other developers on requirements and scheduling.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree, with excellent computer science fundamentals.
- 2+ years of software development experience developing and shipping software.
- Understanding of distributed systems problems and solutions.
- Understanding of database technologies, including NoSQL and SQL.
- Understanding of operating system concepts and their application to solve hard problems.
- Solid Java programmer; Skilled in several other languages (e.g. Python).
- Passion for building excellent software with solid test infrastructure.
- Experience with large scale data processing systems (Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Beam)
- Familiarity with open-source technology stack and practices.
- Experience with cloud computing.
