You, as the Director of Program Management and Operations, are a key leader within the Customer Experience organization, responsible for managing a complex, multi-product development roadmap as well as building and improving critical business processes. You will interact closely with product management, engineering, marketing, research, and customer support teams across GoDaddy, to drive execution of top customer experience initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Handle CX product roadmap and program execution, in partnership with product and engineering managers and CX leadership team. This role directly runs the group’s master roadmap and works 1-1 with product teams to define detailed, scoped 12-month plans.
  • Supervise prioritization and ensure alignment of CX initiatives, including working with internal partners to make trade-offs. As needed, handle blocking issues, providing direction to teams working through conflicts and resource constraints.
  • Provide project management support for major cross-team initiatives.
  • Lead business operations across the CX organization, with particular focus on operational interactions with change management, and issue resolution. Work closely with engineering and business partners to build and execute operational processes that drive maximum efficiency and scalability across the organization.
  • Lead communications of CX priorities, roadmaps, and results to staff and partners.

Requirements

  • Strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate compellingly and drive operational excellence.
  • 7+ years of proven success in program/project management, business operations, or similar roles required. Prior experience running a software development roadmap in an agile environment required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects required. Collaborative, with the ability to influence team members, development teams, and other business groups, often without direct management authority.
  • Significant experience building and optimizing business processes, including ability to review and revamp entrenched operational programs to reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to provide both strategic insight and roll-up-your-sleeves tactical day-to-day implementation.
  • Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, including frequent engagement with senior leadership.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
  • Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented, taking the initiative to develop ground-up solutions.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, high-output, time sensitive environment.
