GoDaddy is looking for a hardworking and driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader to join our dynamic, growing Global team as we build upon our extraordinary Recruiting Organization. You will help develop our scrappy and amazing EMEA Recruiting team to build a sustainable and scalable organization. You will also help drive GoDaddy’s employer brand to grow a diverse pipeline of capable talent that embodies our values. This role requires equal parts critical thinking and practical application, and collaboration with teams at all levels. You will be a key player in creating an amazing experience for our employees and candidates.
You have experience in leveraging industry insights and best practices to grow a diverse pipeline of talent and recommending innovative ideas to grow a more diverse organization
You will create and implement staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and speed of hires and strong client management culture
You have a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to our industry to drive performance and build an inclusive, exceptional and differentiated hiring experience
You are a champion and will represent GoDaddy’s creative culture and values
Establish a high hiring barand implement creative sourcing techniques tohire high quality talent
Demonstrated innovation and creative thinking in developing recruiting strategies and programs to identify and attract in highly competitive markets.
You can utilize data to make our people process smarter and more efficient. Strong knowledge of workforce analytics, metrics, and recruiting tools and strategies.
Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver results and scale/grow their skills and impact
Collaborate with and develop complex partner relationships within the organization.
Thrive in afast-pacedenvironment open to experimentation and continuous improvement
Be comfortable shifting gears from deeply complex strategy discussions to rolling up your sleeves to get things done
You possess strongproblem-solvingskills to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on said analysis
You are willing to take risks and bring creative solutions to the table
You are open to travelling two to four times a quarter, typically
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of HR or relevant recruiting experience, as well as exposure to social media recruiting
Consistent track record of influencing and coaching executives to organize strategically to scale and flex with business needs
Experience leading and growing a Recruiting team
Demonstrated ability to listen, to accept feedback, and to respond to requests from business partners, colleagues, and team members
Validated examples of partnership and influence with peers, clients and candidates
Experience and passion building diverse pipeline through university relations and industry partnerships
Experience working with innovative, fast-paced engineering teams
Rich understanding of the highly competitive nature of recruiting both Experienced and Early Careerroles in thehigh-techindustry, and examples of innovative approaches to recruiting that will set GoDaddy apart
Experience working with high volume recruiting (customer service or care organizations)
Phenomenal communication skills; you understand how to communicate across distributed locations using written, verbal and listening skills
