Senior Employee Relations Partner

Primary Location: Gilbert, Arizona - Remote Additional location(s): Arizona

Your manager is in Arizona along with most of the ER team. We are open to you working near a GoDaddy hub in Arizona, Kirkland, Iowa, or Santa Clara. This role will be going into the office up to 2 times per week when we reopen. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The Senior Employee Relations Partner supports the organization's Employee Relations programs and supports the GoDaddy culture, policies, and procedures by maintaining a positive, value added, consultative relationship with business leaders and other employees. What you’ll get to do…

  • Support client groups in both exempt and non-exempt roles across our Technical & Corporate and Care & Services organizations
  • Coaching and advising leaders and employees on all performance management issues including absenteeism, performance, conduct and harassment
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, practices, and applicable employment legislation
  • Be a trusted adviser by providing consultation and resolution guidance to promote a positive work-place culture
  • Balance a broad range of tasks including the interpretation and development of policies and procedures, facilitating training on key Employee Relations issues, and contributing to the development and implementation of Employee Relations programs based on line of business goals, and HR strategy
  • Conduct complaint investigations and facilitate resolutions, while identifying process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis
  • Provide consultation and guidance to leaders and during large scale reorganizations and Reductions in Force
  • Join forces across teams within the organization to plan and oversee projects

 Your experience should include…

  • BA/BS degree in HR Management, Business or related field required
  • PHR, SPHR preferred
  • 4+ years of Employee Relations experience
  • Employee Relations experience on the corporate and technical side of an organization
  • Solid written and verbal skills
  • Aptitude for employee related problem solving
  • Strong organizational and work prioritization skill
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Possess and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Capable of consistently and independently implementing HR practices and policies with minimal supervision
  • Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices
  • Ability to build credibility and inspire confidence at all levels of the organization
  • Solid knowledge of HR and Labor laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate HR information management systems to perform analysis and generate reports
