The Inbound Sales and Technical Representatives are responsible for ensuring we are delivering on our customer experience promises. Your team will consist of 10-15 agents who support existing and potential GoDaddy customers via inbound telephone calls. Do you love guiding customers to success? In this role you will provide the GoDaddy “WOW” customer experience to every customer by giving them the tools and insights to help transform their ideas and personal initiatives into a success. This will be completed through an analysis of a customer’s account and in-the-moment consultative conversations, leading both to improve the customer experience, as well as sales of GoDaddy products and services to help customers achieve their unique business goals.

Inbound Sales Representative

The Inbound Sales Representative provides support to existing and potential GoDaddy customers via inbound telephone calls. You will be on a team consisting of 10-15 agents. Do you love guiding customers to success? In this role you will provide the GoDaddy “WOW” customer experience to every customer by giving them the tools and insights to help transform their ideas and personal initiatives into a success. You will make this happen by doing an analysis of the customer’s account and providing in-the-moment consultations.  You will lead the conversation, improve the customer experience, and sell GoDaddy products and services to help customers achieve their unique business goals.

Technical Sales and Support Representative

The Technical Sales and Support Representative supports GoDaddy’s hosting customers on multiple channels, primarily via inbound telephone calls. Do you love guiding customers to success? In this role, you will be the first point of contact and provide professional consultation to customers. Your interactions will range from answering questions about current GoDaddy products/services to providing consultation regarding new purchases. You will effectively respond and provide information to customers regarding new product, service offerings, contract extension options, and you will cross-sell additional products/services.

Business Applications Sales Representative

The Business Applications Sales Representative is a unique role, supporting customers who are invested in GoDaddy’s business application services and products. Do you love guiding customers to success? In this role, you’ll provide technical support to customers for all GoDaddy productivity platforms, including Outlook® and Outlook® Web Access (OWA), Microsoft Office applications, and Workspace Email. You’ll also consult with customers to determine their needs in order to match them with the right type of email plan to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Among our positions here at GoDaddy we require 6+ months of customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Open to developing your sales skills, closing sales effectively, and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new environments, processes, and systems quickly and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with new and existing customers while multi-tasking and following a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to multi-task multiple systems and navigate the internet quickly and efficiently.
  • We are hiring for a variety of schedules, 2nd, 3rd and power shifts. Most schedules require availability to work at least one weekend day.
  • Because we’re passionate about helping our customers make their own way, this role requires a regular and consistent physical presence in the office to assist them. It also requires the ability to work schedules with pre-defined breaks and lunch periods.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
