In this role, you'll be joining the GoCentral Commerce team, an innovative and highly-talented team creating market leading online commerce experiences and new consumer engagement models for small businesses. We are comprised of product, marketing, and engineering leaders who share a passion for helping our small business thrive. We are aggressively expanding our commerce capabilities to expand our presence in the category and to enable GoDaddy’s 18M+ small business customers to be more successful than ever.
You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, designers and marketers to build and ship next-generation e-commerce experiences for small businesses. Specifically, you’ll design, create, and launch small business and consumer experiences and new business models which are increasingly applicable to successfully sell products, digital goods, and services. You must be comfortable working cross-functionally across product teams to drive these solutions from conceptualization to launch.
You will also help innovate and drive a strategic roadmap across both the merchant and consumer lifecycle journey. You will work closely with UX, other Product Managers, engineers, data scientists, marketing, and support teams to craft a great end-to-end experience that goes beyond the pixels on the screen.

Identify key insights and develop product requirements by analyzing data, market trends, and competitive products.
Lead the definition and planning of major new small business and consumer product experiences
Work cross-functionally across GoDaddy product teams to create new selling business models and drive features from conception to launch in specific product areas.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to define, scope, and drive a strategic roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs. Responsible for strategic planning to tactical creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, and working side by side with the User Experience team to bring them to fruition for the team.
Work with UX to ideate and prototype potential features, conduct usability tests, and perform user research. You will work closely with the design team to build features that enable small businesses to succeed online, no matter their industry or geography.
Be the champion for product & customer success KPI’s and continually seek paths to drive improvements. Rapidly test and iterate hypothesis to improve metrics.
Collaborate with product marketing to support go-to-market plans for product releases, PR events, and customer outreach.
Support customer care teams by communicating new features, providing training materials and assets, and attending customer care events.
Be an evangelist for the product and drive support and adoption across the larger organization for new feature and product launches by working with marketing, customer support and other product groups
At least 8 years Product Management leadership experience, with experience in building products for e-commerce, service-based businesses, or online small business or consumer experiences
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to deliver customer-facing features across product teams. Experience working with other product teams and working collaboratively with their engineers, PM, and UX to deliver features.
Demonstrated success leading the development of multiple successful e-commerce, service-based or online customer-facing products through multiple releases. Experience conceptualizing, defining, and commercializing new product features for end users.
Analytical and metrics-driven with a hypothesis-based mentality; has identified, implemented and analyzed success metrics to derive actionable insights and learnings. Must be able to self-serve product data to understand how customers are using a feature and whether a feature is successful or not.
Experience with customer research; enjoy digging deep on use case details and customer needs; be able to champion customer and user needs to the rest of the organization.
Demonstrated customer centric thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguous insights and observations into features and product improvements across different user segments.
Experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills; team player that can work with various cross-functional departments to get things done
