At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team in the future.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm
Salary: Up to £28K depending on relevant experience and skills plus uncapped commission
You will receive a 6 week training program. This training takes place in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. For the full 6 week training period, you must be able to attend Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with no time off. After the training, whilst in probation, you will attend the office every Wednesday. Following successful probation, you can then split your time how you wish between home and office.

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Customer Development Team (CDT) in an advanced sales role. GoDaddy is a Global employer leading the way in domain registrations. Our customer development is done through contacting existing customers to reach out and help with their business growth by offer solutions to their needs. You would be dialing all sizes of businesses from those just getting started, sole entrepreneur, and established companies. The goal is to have a conversation and uncover what they may need through discovery conversations. The role would suit sales people who are motivated through exceeding targets and ability to earn uncapped commissions.
Your experience should include...
- 2 + years relevant sales experience
- Experience of working towards sales targets/ KPIs
- Self drive and passion to work with key performance indicators, in a target-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Able to adapt quickly in a demanding sales environment and manage time effectively
- A great telephone manner, able to adapt tone and direction to suit the needs of customers
- Basic understanding of computer systems/softwarePreferred experience including understanding of online business
- Knowledge of basic search engine optimisation
- Understanding and experience with productivity products (Office 365/G-Suite as examples)
