The Website Operations Team is a customer-facing team that is responsible for offering professionally branded websites to customers who are using the GoDaddy Social service. These websites are offered to GoDaddy Social customers free of charge, and help complete our customer’s online presence.

Members of this team play a role in each step of the process from speaking with customers via email or over the phone to educate them about the free website offer, all the way to visual design, technical setup of the website, and post-launch support such as ongoing updates to the site. If you’re motivated by setting and achieving goals, have high emotional intelligence, a passion for delighting customers, and want to be a part of building something incredible, we want to talk to you! No prior website experience is required.

  • Evaluate a customer’s current website presence to determine eligibility.

  • Initiate a website build for eligible customers, and check that website for quality prior to sending to customers for approval.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of website strategy and design.

  • Reach out to new and existing customers over the phone and via email to maximize utilization.

  • Test your visual design skills to accommodate customer suggestions.

  • Handle credential setup including but not limited to gathering website credentials from customers, purchasing new domains, and initiating assistance from third-party agencies.

  • Complete final QA and publishing of the websites.

  • Assist customers post-launch with website strategy and content change requests.

  • Support other Operations teams as needed to maximize customer retention.

  • Any other responsibilities as may arise in the context of a fast-moving company.
