GoDaddy Global Services is seeking Manager of Business Process Strategy who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to join our Operations Excellence team. The Operations Excellence team is laser-focused on driving revenue and continuous process improvement across our Services offerings to achieve a best-in-class experience at scale for our customers.

GoDaddy Global Services delivers an arsenal of human-powered professional services to help our customers start and grow their ventures. We provide a variety of website, social media management and marketing services, and we are quickly expanding the types of services offered and our global reach. On any given day, you will be managing a team of analysts focused on translating data to insights, business process improvement, defining a new or improved user experience, mapping workflows, managing an implementation project, helping us scale to new regions and partnering across the company to solve a business problem or identify opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage a roadmap of strategic imperatives that drive improvements in the customer experience journey and operational workflow.

  • Be a relentless advocate for the Services organization by driving process and optimization standards in support of a best-in-class operations and customer experience.

  • Guide your team to prioritize all shapes and sizes of work based on a set of principles and a common framework.

  • Partner with operations, product and engineering stakeholders to establish strategic team plans and goals

  • Communicate clearly and often with stakeholders to understand and align on priorities in a changing business environment.

  • Coach a team of analysts to continuously improve their skills and impact on GoDaddy Services while growing their careers and aspirations as they balance the right level of challenge with their skillset.

  • Lead by example in owning initiatives from inception to impact.

  • Build strong relationships and partnerships across GoDaddy’s global organization.

  • Track effectiveness of initiatives and impact on stakeholders and GoDaddy.  

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of business process strategy and business process improvement implementation experience preferably in a customer support/fulfillment operation

  • Proven capabilities in organizing, motivating and coaching diverse teams of people who consistently deliver above company expectations

  • Operations mindset with a passion for driving process improvements that make a measurable impact for internal and external customers

  • Curiosity to learn and understand underlying technologies used to deliver customer experiences.

  • Highly analytical, experience with collecting, interpreting and deriving insights from data

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • A proactive attitude to resolve problems and deliver results

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
