GoDaddy is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead the CIO work streams and program initiatives related to IT & Cloud Infrastructure integration and onboarding. This important strategic role will interface cross functionally with product teams, corporate functions (HR, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Corp Dev), customer care, marketing and engineering teams across the organization to facilitate integration efforts on behalf of the CIO in order to achieve financial targets (synergies, cost savings) and ensure a high quality onboarding experience for team members. Responsibilities will also include development and refinement of integration playbooks and onboarding processes to facilitate post-merger integration of IT systems and tools, facilities, personnel and migration of customers to GD infrastructure. This role will be responsible for helping to define and document scope, and to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk tracking and decision logs while helping to drive organizational process improvement using best practices. Developing relationships and engaging with Senior Executives, Department Managers, Engineering Leaders and Functional Specialists will be an important element for this functions, as will thinking outside of current structure and norms. This role also requires deep engagement responsibilities with CIO functions to include Networking, Datacenters, Security, Storage, IT Applications, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), Compliance, Operations, and Software Engineering functions.

Successful candidates are problem solvers with strong communication skills, who are comfortable working in a high-velocity, dynamic and collaborative environment.  The PM will also be expected to maintain detailed knowledge of program metrics while providing executive level optics to key initiatives, risks, and dependencies.  Do you have what it takes?

Relevant qualifications include the following:

  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Operations related field. 
  • Current PMP Certification.
  • Direct experience leading global integration projects involving employee onboarding and HR/HCM systems, integration and standardization of IT tool sets, and implementation of IDAM (Identity & Access Management) standards and systems.
  • Experience managing customer migrations between production platforms and between data centers.
  • Over 10-years’ experience managing delivery of IT services, software development, Data Center Operations, and/or programs providing SaaS (software-as-a-service), PaaS (platform-as-a-service) or IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-service).
  • Experience supporting international programs involving infrastructure and telecom assets.
  • Fundamental understanding of network, server, and storage infrastructure technologies, and ability to capture technical requirements and SLA’s.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on analysis and resolution of complex technical issues across teams and functional areas.
  • Experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of key program metrics, financials, and performance reports to make strategic recommendations and perform decision analysis.    
  • Experience performing workflow and process mapping to optimize and improve efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior management.  Strong communication, partnering, consulting and influencing skills.
  • Strong skills with Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) or other collaboration tools sets for road-mapping, work planning, and prioritization. 
  • Familiarity and experience applying Agile and ITIL standards and framework.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
